One that takes it serious,
Her God comes before anything.
Her faith is strong.
She prays before she leaves home,
She prays on her return.

Her family means the world to her,
She stands firm on what is right,
Her guidelines come from the word of God.

Many mistakes she made along the way,
Until this woman learned to pray,
Heartaches and pain,
Some that brought complete shame.

Serving the Lord she loves to do,
Through His mercy she makes it through,
A praying woman,
Will fall to her knees,
Faith strong as nails,
Praying for herself as well.

It’s not always easy,
Her faith leads her way,
Her Father speaks to her,
Gives her the right words to say.

She will stand still,
She want move,
Until her Father speaks,
My Lord here I stand,
Speak to me I can’t do anything without you.

Her days are joyous and filled with prayer,
Her family and friends, notice her change,
At first they thought she was a bit strange.

A praying woman is who she is,
Returned to her first love.
He caresses her and stands beside her,
Never leaves her alone.
When others are gone.
Her Father watches her from His throne.

A praying woman is who she is,
Lord bless her keep her safe,
Out of harms way,
A praying woman living a life here,
So she can spend time with her Father someday.
