That's odd -- I don't remember being absent minded. Now let's
see, what was my password? Sound familiar?

The Internet is loaded with goodies (and badies) which are free --
other than your monthly fee. They are free to you only because
someone is footing the bill for you -- sponsors. You see all sorts
of banners, as they are called, trying to get you to buy or
subscribe to something. Those banners provide your free service.

As Christians, we talk freely about our salvation which was free
for the asking. Don't forget, however, that someone had to foot
the bill. That someone is Jesus Christ who paid the bill for your
sin and mine with His very life. That's the ultimate sponsor.

In Ephesians 2:4 & 5 (niv), we have these wonderful words:
"Because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy,
made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions -- it is by grace you have been saved," and please
don't ever forget it.

I am thrilled with all I get with the Internet for $19.95 per month.
It has to be one of life's all-time great bargains. The E-Cheer
ministry would be impossible without it. Can you imagine the
cost of mailing almost1600 snail-mail E-Cheers every morning?

No thrill, however, can ever compare with the joy and satisfaction
of knowing our sins are forgiven because they were paid by our
sponsor, Jesus Christ. Let's show our gratitutde today by a life
devoted in thanks to Him. Live it joyfully!
