Humpty Dumpty on the wall again,
After being pieced together by all the king's men.
Taking the risk,
Toeing the line,
Thinking he'll try it,
Just one more time!

Humpty wobbles in his dance,
Not thinking he may loose his balance.
Forgetting the fall,
Forgetting the pain,
Ignoring the warning,
Once again.

Humpty Dumpty falls off the wall,
Once again, no cushion for fall.
Shattered to pieces,
Shattered to bits,
Alone and tired,
He gives up and quits.

Humpty Dumpty wishes he'd honed,
The warnings they'd given, the lessons he'd learned.
And I like humpty,
Climb up again,
To dance on the wall,
And play with my sin.
