My Lord, my Fortress, Hiding Place, the Stronghold of my Life,
Thank You for protection, provision and salvation. In You I live move and have my very being. I live under your shadow- under the shadow of Your wings and I am secure, free from every alarm. You are the All-Powerful God- able do exceeding abundantly, more than I can ask or think or even dream of.
How lovely, amiable, cosy, alluring is your dwelling place! In it is assurance, boundless peace that surpasses all understanding, fullness of joy, pleasure galore, your tangible presence and much, much more. I delight in your presence, O Lord.

In your presence there is no fear, foreboding or dread. Your angels attend and fend at Your command. You have given them charge over me, to keep me in all my ways. They are laming arrows in your hands, fulfilling your word, ministering to those who are heirs of salvation. They lift me up in their hands so that I don’t strike my feet against stones.
You are ever keeping me safe secret traps and deadly flaming arrows from the enemy. You spread your wings of protection over me like a mother hen protects her young. You swoop below me as I plummet from heights and carry me on Your wings like an eagle hovers over its young in a test and carries them on her pinions.
Your love, O Lord, is like an unfailing river and Your faithfulness is like the deep ocean. Your righteousness like a mighty mountain and Your goodness is without measure.
Who is like unto you? What god is like You? You are the God above all gods, glorious in holiness and fearful in praises, doing wonders, ever the same, yesterday, today and forever. You are a wonder, glorious, victorious, excellent, beautiful beyond description, magnificent beyond compare. Your radiance is breath-taking, disarming, too dazzling for words.

You command and it stands. You decree and it is. You declare and it comes into being. You are the Sovereign Lord, All-Wise, the Unchanging Changer, Creator of all, the Good God, the Great God, the Marvellous I Am That I Am, the Great I Am.
Blessing and honour, glory and power, wisdom and dominion and praise I ascribe to You, for ever and ever. Amen.
