Now the night shades have past
Yonder glimpses of the dawn
Give life into my limbs so to leap
Cast off any weariness for doubts
Creep in and steal my bearings.
But then a step of faith rules against
The odds. You Great God are my
Candle of hope which warms my
Heart and the flame burns eternal
Through the last sleep.
