I’VE SEEN MY GOD IN ACTION

I’ve seen my God in action
When trouble comes my way
I’ve sheltered in His loving arms
Took Him as my Stay

Nestled there in comfort
I cast on Him my cares
Waited while He patiently
Attended to my prayers

Nurtured by that Father
Who loveth me so much
Safe in the arms of Jesus
I’ve felt the Master’s touch

His Spirit coming o’er me
Giving witness too
His Resurrection power at work
To see this trial through

And O how He doth rescue!
His loving servant’s so
He delights to lift our burdens
His glory then to know

All hail Thee Great Redeemer
Thy grace has been supplied
Thy mercy and Thy loving kindness
Has surely satisfied!

Hallelujah! What a Savior!

Gary,
"I HAVE SEEN MY GOD IN ACTION". Oh, what an amazing and awesome God we serve!!
I have witnessed him in action and He strengthens my faith just a little more each time.
This poem is just beautiful and so very true!
We all need a reminder from time to time, of the many wonderful things He does for us. Thank you for sharing these beautiful words. Bessie

Gary, this was lovely, uplifting and encouraging. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. I did noticed two tiny typos that you can easily edit. One was the "too" at the end of the second line, fourth stanza. I think that should be "to", if you meant that line to run on into the next line. Also, in the line in the second last stanza: "His loving servant's so," it doesn't need the apostrophe between the t and the s. But these were just tiny, very insignificant things.
