Never let down your guard,
As Satan is always out there;
Ready to deal a trump card,
And luring you with a dare.

Never think you are immune,
From his deadly virus of sin;
He will find a way to swoon,
From your weaknesses within.

He has many tricks of the trade,
In order to test your strength;
And will follow if you evade,
For tempting at any length.

So if your faith is really weak,
Then your resistance is as well;
As your future might be bleak,
With a destiny aimed for Hell.

Only God can give you a cure,
When you have been enticed;
For inoculation against the lure,
In a faith through Jesus Christ.
