They always pass by.
The sun comes out.
Nature shouts.
Beauty unfounds before our eyes.

Breathing the air
so fresh and sweet.
Full of gratitude
for bringing us through...
Absorbing the peace.

Grateful for the silence
after the thunder is gone.
Listening to the birds sing
anticipating what morning brings
putting a smile on.

Our guard goes down
Our shoulders rise
weightless
after the storm
where peace lies.
