NOT from my self-assessed limitations...
As YOU know I can do ALL things through YOUR unfailing strength.

And, Lord, let me touch life from the maturity of experience and years;
From the standpoint of a strong young man who relies on your guidance;
As a child who runs to your breast for comfort and assurance, and
As a newborn who depends on you for the very basics of need...
For the essentials of survival.

Help me touch life with words You share with me,
With resoutces that You generously give.

A word of encouragement to one who has lost hope,
A smile for the terminally unhappy,
A clean, dry pair of used socks for one who lost his in a hurricane...

Lord, help me...touch life.
