The night overshadows and in
the distance the cry of a child
is being born. At the Shadow
of the Cross the God man suffers
for humanity.

The veil is rent in two and the
Dove takes flight. The Son of
God is suffering and all becomes
night.

Tears of anguish and pain the
metal spike is struck against His Flesh;
Sin has taken its ugly mar
and has veiled the Glory of God.

Silence the moment at the Cross
the earth stands still and all creation
growns in pain. Words uttered on the Cross
"It is finished
