Lord, teach me thy word so I can teach others
I want to be your disciple and follow you
Lord, I beg you to teach me the Knowledge
So I can change my life and live as you do.

As a disciple I will thirst for the Knowledge
And then I’ll go out and teach many others
A true disciple teaches the power of God’s love
And to treat and love all others as brothers.

Teach me Lord, what it means to be a Christian
I want to learn about the true meaning of life
And then I will share what I’ve learned with others
And I will share all the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Lead me on, my only righteous Savior
Shine a light so that I see only the Christian way
Please teach me of your divine knowledge
And bless me with the truth each time that I pray.

Change me Lord, so that I may live forever
Make me understand the keys to eternal life
Prepare me to share those keys with many others
So that many others will put their faith in Jesus Christ.
