How true you are to me,
how real your presence
Not a doubt can linger stay, nor a worry permit I
This place I've found in you
Hiding place, resting house
Locked in your word, the succour for my very soul

A golden nugget, costliest pearl, unmatched value.
Gleaming in the twilight, covered by dust of feet passing by
unerringly I reached out,
and in holding, I behold the truth
The rippling of water only seen,
never held in hand
The beauty of the bird in flight, cannot be caged
spread wings, aloft in space
the stirrings of the heart cannot be read.
Reality bursts upon my heart and soul,
cannot be thought
But experienced, acknowledged, received
now I come alive
Nugget I behold is my Beholder,
Jewel I hold has me in His Palms
I gasp, my tongue is on fire,
heart ablaze, murmurings in me
My back arches, eyes widen, my insides rumbles
I hear the roar of the ancient Lion,
the tumblings of distant waters
The fountain is unleashed,
unending waterfall
From the belly, O the gushings and the roarings
Till out it comes,
uncomprehensive,alive, renewing
On and on, never stopping, never ending
River of life, flowing out of me
Yet carrying me, peace. Limbs turning over head
I'm carried, love, fire burning, spreading through
swept along, tides of unfailing joy
o'erwhelm me, I gasp for breath
it's still coming out
like a too-long dammed river at heights of rains
flowing, gushing, roaring, tumbling
through belly, over tongue
liquids of fire, earnest in nature,
in me through me
Still carrying me limb over head,
I'm washed, I'm rushed
Out of breath, full of fire, roaring in water.
Limbs in, head out, tumbling in these waters.
The peace; madly rushing
never stopping, filling me, carrying me.
Yet the joy, on and on this gusher sweeps
Now under, try and catch a breather, then over
Limbs over head, tumbling through, but oh the love.

Tidal wave, torrential rain,
roarings fill my heart,
life pulses, every cell alive to wonder.
Washed!, Washed, rewashed, all of me
Washed of crust, clean of stain n' rancid smell
blood washed, water cleansed.
Carried of waves, swept along, on and on, further still
On and .......on and on and ......on till I'm washed ashore.
Marooned? Alone? In this coral bay of bluest water.
Colours of the coral burst fresh
alive in this water swept, cleansed heart.
Colours of the rainbow
fill my heart, garment of praise my heart dons
A coat of many colours
of the hues of love, righteousness, peace, joy.

And now here I dwell, no! Not alone
your very presence with me abides.
Your reality strong upon my very soul
Here no doubt can abide,
no worry permit I.
This Hiding Place, Resting House,
locked in your word
For I that dwell in the secret place of the most high
abide under the shadow of the almighty.
