Famine drove Abraham off course,
But he reconsidered and bounced back.
The impatience and temptation brought Ishmael,
But against all hope he believed in hope and bounced back.

John Mark turned his back on Paul,
But he later turned around and bounced back.
Peter denied the Lord three times,
But later he accepted forgiveness and bounced back

Paul was stoned, imprisoned, beaten and falsely accused,
But he rebuffed everything and bounced back.
David was vilified, pursued, humiliated and dethroned,
But he trusted God and bounced back

Joseph was sold as a slave, falsely accused and imprisoned,
But he went from the pit to the prison to the palace
Moses roamed the desert thinking it was all over,
But God remembered him, came to him and he bounced back.


Jesus was falsely accused, scourged and crucified.
But on the third day, from the dead, He bounced back.
The victory He won, He won for you.
So you too, yes even you too, can bounce back.
