Your love is my secret place where I escape with you
Where the delusions of this world are replaced with what’s true
Where I sit by gentle streams being made complete
And where pleasure is found sitting at you feet.


Your love is my quiet dwelling where I abide in grace
Where the cares of this world fall into their proper place
Where fear slips into my rear view mirror
And the joy I feel is expressed with a tear.


Your love is my peaceful place where I rest in your beauty
Where mountains stand tall and rivers flow gently
Where there are green rolling hills for us to walk through
And where I’m surrounded in glory and it all points to you.


Your love is my hiding place where my life makes sense
Where I’m safe and secure with you as my defense
Where I lie back in long grass and fix my gaze on the Son
And focus my life on the cross where you won.
