Your beauty is incalculable,
As Your Person is immeasurable;
So much so my joy is full;
Blessed I am, even as I’m cruel;
Far and away, far beyond me,
My sins cast beyond the sea;
Your mercy extends to infinity;
Your grace beyond what I see;

Then You challenge me to ask of You,
For things so great, mighty and unknown;
To show me new ways of You being true,
And to make my small mind blown;

So here’s another gift You offer me,
And it is mine just for the taking;
That if this I would make the plea,
To be established in this quaking;

For fear of God is indeed a gift,
To those calling upon His name;
To be in awe of the Healer of the rift;
Settled in the greatness of His name;
For if God is so big, then all else is small,
In spite of what I see or feel;
He would overcome that for which I call,
And His glory for me would be so real;

In this glory I would benefit,
And find myself infinitely secure;
Standing in peace; complete; well-fit;
From the One infinitely pure;

So I take Your offer, as You offer me;
I make this amazing joy-filled plea;
Why would I refuse what You grant,
When this peace, in me, You’d plant?
