Departing from solitude
Exposing my inner light
I no longer hide in my self
My soul has taken flight

I shout my emotions
From the depth of spiritual soul
See the energy echo
Feel it flowing making me whole

I pause in the silence
slicing the thoughts and pain
gathering the pressence
of peace that remains

Set free the soul of depression
the burdens and chains
All claims to its possesion
holding on to the gift of peace
