In The Garden
Your heart is like a garden
Full of flowers that are rare
With a beauty so delicate
That they always need much care.
So the gardener prunes and waters
That the ground will not harden
For the beautiful flowers need water
And the soft nutritious soil.
Take care of your garden
That is rich with colorful flowers
Make your garden a place of fragrant beauty
After all this is the gardener's duty.

The thoughts you're expressing are beautiful, but you need to be consistent with your style. If you want to write with traditional rhyme and meter, then use that throughout. Otherwise, go with a free verse format and omit the rhymes completely.
