Don’t Sit in satan’s Seat

Today I pondered how some supersaints take pleasure in accusing their brothers or sisters to God to try and get Him to try them, just for the sheer pleasure of watching them suffer through some nasty trial.. It was then had a sort of vision which would appear comical if it weren’t so tragic: I saw a pile of dressed-for-success entities climbing all over one another to struggle to reach the top. In order to rise higher on the corporate ladder, a skinny, sleek-haired woman in pearls and pinstripe suit stepped on someone else’s head, digging her pointy high heels into the man her. Some overly ambitious man yanked the guy on top down by his silk necktie to put him in his place so he could climb up into his position. Each and every one of them were utterly self-obsessed and never at rest in their quest for power.

To be carnal-minded is to be very shallow. Women spend big bucks to fight their own natural hair to get their own as sleek and limp as possible, just so they can criticize the frizzies in someone else’s hair and feel superior. In the 80’s it was Big Hair. Now that the stakes are higher, the harder-to-achieve sleek and limp look is in, along with the illusion of skinny-bones perpetual youth. People must sell themselves out in that mean meat market, or that means they are unable to do their job. In order to gain points with the big boss they will slander their rival behind his back. In the business world, the law of the jungle prevails.

Then the Lord said to me in my heart: My Kingdom does not operate like the corporate world. The problem is, that some of My children take their jobs right into the church sanctuary and continue their quest for dominance there. They will piously pray: “Lord, please see not my own sins, rather see me through the Blood of Jesus.” But at the same time, they will point their finger at some struggling brother or sister and say: “Lord, there are so many flaws in that one’s life. Perhaps a good hard trial would straighten that one out. Purge out the dross in that reprobate’s life that he may grow in holiness.”

Take heart, beloved. More likely than not, it will be the one who prays that so-called prayer who will feel My chastening hand upon him or her, not the struggling saint who genuinely wants to please Me and is leaning upon Me in their weakness. Those who play satan’s role of accuser of the brethren will invariably find themselves landing in the very same pot of hot water they’d hoped their brother or sister would get into.

I don’t operate like the world, beloved. In My Kingdom, the way up is down. In order to be commended by your Lord, you must humble yourself and become like a little child. I don’t play favorites like the world does. I don’t add points to your score just because someone else stumbles along the way. In order to be the greatest of all, be the servant of all and give your own life a living sacrifice to show forth the sweetness and the beauty of My love.
