"My heart's Traveling Companion"


When I wake up and begin to start a new day, I’m so very thankful that I don’t have to face all the uncertainties and concerns, which are before me, alone. It would be too daunting! Sometimes I just don’t want to get out of bed! But there to greet me is my heart’s Traveling Companion.

Immediately my quickened heart is comforted by that familiar still small voice of my Best Friend, my Saviour and Lord, Jesus, Who Is always by my side. He gently whispers to my heart, “ I know that you don’t want to get out of bed today, but trust Me and follow My lead. I’ll Help you deal with all those concerns and uncertainties. just Trust Me and I Will Help you! I Love you! take comfort in knowing that I’ll never leave you nor forsake you.”

As I journeyed throughout my day, I can joyfully declare that, even though there were many difficulties and uncomfortable circumstances that were out of my control, my heart’s Traveling Companion was True to His Word. He stayed right by my side. With His All Wise Loving, Counsel He comforted and guided me and with His Grace He enabled me respond to each daunting challenge in the way, which I believe, pleased Him.

As my day drew to a close, my heart’s Traveling Companion gave me peace, as I laid my weary head on my pillow. He gave me the assurance that, as I continue to place my trust in Him, that He will watch over me and my loved ones throughout the night and that He’ll be there to greet me in the morning.

John 14:26,27 KJV 1611

26.But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27.Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.


“Oh Father take this heart of mine”

Oh Father, Oh Father
take this day; take my heart
in all it’s need of Thee.
Take my heart to Thy
High and Holy place
where Thou Reigns.
Let my spirit behold
The glory of
Thy Son’s Majesty.

Carry my heart into
The symphony of Thy
Holy Love. My heart
yearns to be in the
the presence of Thee;
my Abba Father’s Love.
Oh strengthen my Faith.
Guide my way today;
I pray.


Oh Father Oh Father,
let Thy Joy and sweet
serenity cover my mind
in the midst of the storms
knowing that
Thy Wings of Love;
Art Sheltering me.

In This Day I will seek
Thee, as Thy Holy Word
enters my heart. I will
listen for the Whisper
of Heaven’s Gentle Dove;
Oh Father carry me in my
Saviour’s Love.

Oh Father,Oh Father
I will enbrace this day
as a precious Gift from
Thee. For I know that
Thou Art Faithful to me
to meet all my needs.

I will journey this day
with Thy Love by Thy
Amazing Grace.
For I know I do not walk
alone,on this earhthly
pathway;for Thy
Loving Holy Presence is
forever with me.
