Is your mind going around the wrong bends
has it been spinning out of control;
Is it filling up with, old negative thoughts
well it's time to take a hold

Or is it possible that we're on the wrong road
and may have to turn the car around;
For if you don't, it could suffer a break-up
and not for long I'd put you down

There are some paths that won't go very far
their only pitfalls, set up for you
That the devil had planted to make you fall
this is what his traps will do

Can't keep putting our wheels in wrong hands
that is, really your precious heart;
For when you do this, they will only crash it-
and not long they'd soon depart

We forget to check out the service station
to see if it holds the right thing;
And will it fill the order when it's needed
or what consolation will it bring

There can road blocks that won't tell you why
and will let you run it, on through;
You would think, I'd give you some warning
no, they rather lie, then be true

The roads crowded with every make and model
but some didn't take the right map;
They are relying on, the thoughts of others
that will make you go flip and flap

The word said, there's only one way to heaven
but some are making their own route;
To come another way is a thief and robber
and we may just be kicked out.

Know who does want to be pulled over
is a bad ticket worth your run;
Do you want to have a record of disobedience
by not accepting, God's Holy Son

So now if your car is skipping and dogging
it may best to park it now;
Until you fill up, with the right source
and if wrong, just take down
