the restless spirit within me,

watchful eyes all around

My body shaking

blood staining my fingers

"its nothing" the words slip out...

Here I am again in the place of my nightmares

Once more I've traveled there, with my eyes cut out & only my flesh to guide me

"Stop, this is going to hurt..." the pharse long gone

replaced now by my lust for what is untouchable

thoughts & actions blended together to form the guilt...

SNAP! My eyes brust forth...

"What have I done?" I say with a dry mouth

the fun has passed, now the guilt rages forth

I shake my head and say... "not again... please not again"

tears form a small puddle on the floor,

in it I say the replay of what happened..

I cut my eyes out... I knew what was happening

No blame but myself

No reason for grace this time,

but there it is... and here am I

broken & stained with lust...

but here I am.
