My children are grown and gone.

My soul mate came late in life,

Our children now “number 4.”

“SHADOW,” how rich the memories.

Then “KATIE,” my fur ball.

Now Shadow is almost a year old,

And much to big to play with Katie.

Enter “COCONUT,” such energy

Oh, Father Time, where has time gone?

Shadow is now grown, as is Katie.

Coconut is now a year old, Ah, enter child #4.

TIGER, a stray cat, found my loving wife, a need fulfilled.

Oh, the joy.
