Sweetest as pure gold;
a child’s heart gently
unfolds.
A tender heart innocent
bonded in Love a gift
from God above.
Sweet embraces of prayer;
on bended knees at night.
Oh my breath is taken away;
what a precious sight.
A child’s heart is not a small
thing. God hears the voices
of the innocent sing.
Innocent prayers
of a child lifted to Heaven.
Unseen Truth in a toddler's
eyes .No questions how,
more than a world of
make believe.
Oh Lord ,take my
heart there to the
Mountain of Faith.
Let the innocence
of a child’s Faith
rise in me. Oh heal
my soul ,let not doubt
in my heart question
Thee.
For Jesus Thou has
said. "Come unto Me
as a child,be mild
and meek.For the Kingdom
has been given to those
of pure hearts who seek."
Blessed is the pure in heart
For they shall see God;
God’s presence with those
who on earth do trod.
Oh may I seek Thee
with a heart of never
failing Faith. Let Thy Love
be my guide and strength;
My soul embraces Thy Loving
Holy Presence,as I approach
Thee on bended knee.
My heart rises to
Heaven and with the
children I sing.
