The Heart of a Warrior

The Heart of a Warrior
gains strength from above.
No matter the battle
it never gives up.

It keeps walking forward
with focus on the goal.
Nothing can distract
the quest of the soul.

Armed with Godly ammunition.
Always on guard.
Ready for Satan’s attacks
even the ones that look hard.

Taking the breastplate of Righteousness.
Wearing the gird of truth
Armed with the sword of the Spirit
In all we do.

Every step guided by faith
wearing the shoes of peace.
The Heart of the warrior listens
when the Lord speaks.
