Whisper, Gentle Lord, I am listening
For Your every word, To feel Your breath.
You bring life and fullness.
You bring the answers just in time.

Whisper, Gentle Lord, I am listening
I lean in closely to come into Your presence.
Guide me in Your way, Lord
Give me insight and divine wisdom.

I feel Your love, I know You are near.
Help me, Lord, I want to hear.
A Word from You to point the way,
Direct all I do and say.

Ah, if we could just remember to listen for His whisper...and not be so distracted by the screams and bells and whistles all around. His whisper is redemptive; His whisper is our hope.

Dear Mitzi... God is such a gentleman - he doesn't push His way into our lives or demand attention. But, if we SEEK HIM and listen carefully, He will whisper words full of wisdom that will bring such peace. This prayer is almost a lullaby because it is soft, gentle and comforting. Beautiful!
