Leadership
Trust is built on a solid foundation of past
experiences. Consistent honesty must be
ever present for that trust to survive.
Broken trust can carry little and like
broken bones is very painful for those who
must bear it. Healing takes time and scars
can be hidden. Broken trust is no foundation
to build on.
Trust is a soothing salve pleasant to find
and must be nurtured to establish a solid
base. Guard it and surround yourself with
loved ones to be trusted.
With trust much can be done and worries are few.
