This is what God and the Son of God have been telling us since the beginning of creation.

God Loved mankind so much, that They (Genesis 1:26) created us in HIS own image.

God Loved us so much, that HE taught us how to be Loving by Loving us first.

God Loved us so much, that HE allowed us to be sinners.

God Loved us so much, that HE forgave us for sinning and gave us the Son of Man to take the punishment for our sins on a cross.

God Loved us so much, that HE gave us the power to overcome sin, once we were forgiven and when we accepted THEM as Lord of our life.

God has asked us to teach our children in the way that they should go and what we are to teach them is; to be Loving.

To be Loving we must first teach them to fear God (know that God is the creator and has all the power) and to obey God

To obey God we must teach them to Love God by Loving others

To be Loving to others we must do the following and to not do it, is disobedience to God and is therefore a sin:

To be Loving to others you must be;

1. Patient (being able to put up with: waiting, pain or trouble; without complaining or getting angry)

2. Kind (this includes both words and actions)

3. Not Envious (not wanting what others have)

4. Not Parading Yourself (don’t boast about self accomplishments or possessions, because these were never yours to begin with)

5. Not Puffed Up (not be arrogant and think yourself more important than anyone else)

6. Not Behaving Rudely (we are representatives of God and should behave accordingly)

7. Not Self Seeking (putting your needs above those of others)

8. Not Provoked (don’t become easily angered over attacks on your own person)

9. Thinking No Evil Thoughts (you must think of Love and forgiveness, never revenge)

10. Not Rejoicing In Iniquity (Disobeying God is always wrong and should never be excused)

11. Rejoicing In The Truth (the Spirit of Christ gives us all Truths)

12. Bearing All Things (no matter what trials come into your life, seek Christ to get you through them)

13. Believing All Things (listening to what God says and believe Him and believe in Him)

14. Hoping All Things (put all of your hopes and dreams in Christ, who is God with us, and is the Truth, the Way and the Life)

15. Enduring All Things (waiting patiently for God to make all things new again)

16. Believing That Love Never Fails (God who is the source of all of Love, can heal all things)

Jesus Christ came into the world and did all of the above.

God gave us the Son of Man, the Lamb of God to heal all wounds

God gave us Himself, (the Son of God, the Spirit of Christ), to enable us to have the power to defeat all evil and to sin no more

The only way that you will teach your children to be Loving, is to first be Loving yourself

Genesis 1
26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

Ephesians 5
1 Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. 2 And walk in Love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
Mark 12
29 Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one. 30 And you shall Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’This is the first commandment. 31 And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these.”
1 John 4
1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. 5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. 6 We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. 7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 13 By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. 15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God. 16 And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. 17 Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. 18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

19 We love Him because He first loved us. 20 If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? 21 And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.

1 Peter 1
22 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, 23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever, 24 because
“ All flesh is as grass,
And all the glory of man as the flower of the grass.
The grass withers,
And its flower falls away,
25 But the word of the LORD endures forever.”
