It's funny how something so familier can seem so strange, like looking at yourself through the flood of tears. Everything becomes sideways to you, but to others its straight. An illusion? Maybe, or maybe the real trick is our hearts.

What once seemed fun & joyful is now only filled with bitter talk and cheap shots of smiles. For what once seemed red has now turned grey and slowly fades out... un-noticed by you at the time. But years later what was white has now become flushing red again, you will cry as you think of all the time spent trying to find a new rose but all that was found was this dead one.

Are we truely ever really free? If not encaged by sorrow, then we are stalked by our rage... waiting & knowing the hurt to come... knowing we will soon be back in that cage again, but you hold your head up as blindness oversets....

One last good-bye, one last chance to over-throw my heart
