Christ is our peace making two into one,
Breaking down the barriers onto God;
Giving us the access through the Son,
To repair within us that which is flawed.

Once divided now His flesh puts an end,
To separation into a new man of peace;
To be not just a brother but also a friend,
For us on earth a chance for a new lease.

As to agree with God through the cross,
Creating a bridge over the deep ravine;
Separating us from God before the loss,
Allowing God in our lives and intervene.

Christ came preaching to us far and wide,
For bridging the gap and drawing us near;
To unlock your heart allowing God inside,
If you are willing to show honor and fear.

So my friend we are able to build a bridge,
In coming near in one Spirit to the Father;
And being able to mend the sinful damage,
While having Jesus Christ as your brother.
