And I just want to say
to you
Come listen to my heartbeat...

So many times I wait
while you throw your life to fate
Longing to show you
The place where we can meet.

My heart longs for you
to be faithful and true
My grace is free
If you but come to Me!

For only in My Power
Lies victory in this hour
All I give to you
No trial too great

Waiting longingly
For you to come to Me
I delight in you
My child so precious and sweet.

Mysteries to unfold
Blessings untold
Belong to you
Come, upon Me wait...

Only one door
you must enter for more
knowledge of Me
The cross is the gate.
