Rain and sun
The rain that falls
Is like the tears of Christ
Covering his pain and grief
For the sorrow of the world.
The sun that shines
Is like the light of Christ
Covering our pain and grief
For he is our hope in this world.
Little by little, day by day
We need the rain and sun
To lighten our darkness
To our journeys end.
