Flesh and soul
Time is an interesting thing
I watch how quickly it disappears,
and know suffering, only time wasted can bring;
the result of giving power to all my fears.

Mysterious, are the ways of Christ, The Son,
as time means nothing to the dead...
prophesy says, As is written shall it be done.
Choice to live after flesh and blood are shed.

I am grateful of the grace bestowed me,
aware of my unworthyness, I accept the gift,
knowing I've earned the chance to be free.
I felt releif, as God's Will created a shift.

I am human and weak, so I pray,
unable to stand on my will alone;
it's God's strength gettin me thru today,
cuz the pain of livin without, I've been shown.

even still waitin this peace,I feel sad,
for all who suffer;denying the Lord,
unwilling to see any responsibility they had...
the price one pays: no one can afford.
