What do you do when it’s strength you lack, the bill collectors, are on your back, and you can’t get your life back on track? Who do you call when your money is low, your car is in tow, and you have no where to go? How do you cope, when you’re at the end of your rope, and you’ve lost all hope? Who can you depend on through thick and thin, until the end, even when, you’re deep in
sin?

In life we are all faced with trials and tribulations. It’s how we deal with them that count. It’s not for us to battle the storms. Our battles belong to the Lord and we need to turn them over to him at all times. We need to trust in him and believe that he will work it out. When the rent is overdue. Turn it over to the Lord. When the kids need new clothes and shoes. Turn it over to the Lord. Turn everything over to the Lord and quit running around trying to do what only God can do. Quit pulling out your hair, and give it to the one who knows how much you can bare. For the bible says in 1 Peter 5:7 Cast your cares upon the Lord for he cares for you. When you’re hungry, he’ll feed you. When you’re cold, he’ll give you warmth. All you have to do is ask, and it shall be given. Seek, and you shall find. Knock and his door shall be open. Won’t you try him, in the midst of the mess?

Why are you screaming, and crying over what is done? We cannot change the past but we can work on today. We should trust and obey and know that God will make a way. Whenever you find yourself beginning to doubt, remember that Jesus will bring you out.

Even in the midst of the mess, God will give you rest. For the bible says in Matthew 11:28-30. Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle, and you will fine rest for your souls. For my yoke fits perfectly, and the burden I give you is light. See, we don’t have to hold on to these burdens. Jesus is here to help. You don’t have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Let Go, and Let God!

Even when your life is being flooded with rain that doesn’t cease. God will give you peace. He did it for his disciples out on the water. And he’ll do it for you. He calms the raging sea, and gives you the Victory. When trials come your way. This all you have to say. “No weapon formed against me shall prosper. I’m more than a conqueror.
Because the bible says in Psalms 99:1- 4
Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty. This I declare of the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; He is my god and I am trusting him. For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from the fatal plague. He will shield you with his wings. He will shelter you with his feathers. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.

It goes on to say in Psalms 91:9, if you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plaque will come near your dwelling. His word is true. But you must believe....Even in the midst of all that mess. Put God to the test.
