THREE IN ONE

I have heard Christians being accused of having three Gods, the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. I have tried to explain the three in one trinity to myself so I could answer that question and have come up short. How do you describe to someone who believes in one God without Jesus and the Holy Spirit a three in one God? Something the minister said on Sunday, May 22, 2005 got me thinking, there is a way of describing the trinity.
Think of it, Humans are also a trinity. We are body, mind and spirit or soul in one entity. We have a physical body, which is what you see. It can touch, feel, smell, see, and hear. All these senses are attached by nerve cells to what we call the mind or brain.
The mind also has three parts, conscious, subconscious and super conscious.
But that is another story; we are interested in the whole mind. It thinks, and what the mind thinks we can do. A thought in mind creates after it’s kind in the physical.
The last but certainly not the least is the soul. It is the connection to God whether we are aware of the connection or not. The spirit or soul is what leaves the physical body when it dies. Three in one, without each part the human animal could not exist. Something to think about isn’t it?
