Dear Lord, Help me view myself and others the way I will be, the way You’ve created me to be. Show me the victory that will be mine through Jesus.
Only in my brokenness and weakness am I of any use to my Savior. When I am at the end of myself, then I can totally and fully rely on Him. There is a song that’s lyrics say:
“Hold me Jesus ‘ cause I’m shaking like a leaf.
You have been King of my Glory,
Won’t You be my Prince of Peace.”
Eight years ago tomorrow, I crossed the Jordan spiritually speaking and into My Promised Land. I left the land of captivity and had been following a long time.
It is only now that I am beginning to really posses what He has promised me,
to live it and walk in it.
God has promised me that He will restore to me what the enemy has stolen.
He will bless the latter part of my life more than the first. He has promised
to never leave or forsake us. He promises strength to the weary, water to
the thirsty and love for the lonely.
