In Due Time

God’s timing is not ours. His ways are far above our ways and His thoughts are not ours. Too many times we try to take care of ourselves in our own way without His direction (Isaiah 55:8) Our thoughts are futile if they are not controlled by the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 3:20). The works of the flesh is bondage. We cannot act in our own strength and ways.

He longs to bless us and His River of Blessing has already broken forth in our lives (Is 30:18). We must only reach out in Faith and take a hold of those blessings. The enemy cannot hold back the Hand of God. It will be unto us as we believe and seek the will of God in our lives.

We pray that He anoints our lips with grace and our hearts with the oil of joy. Many, O Lord, are the wonders you have done. The things that you planned for us, no one can recount to you . . . they are too many to recount (Ps 40:5). His hand will sustain us and His arms will strengthen us (Ps 89: 21). We will drink from a brook beside the way; therefore, He will lift up our heads (Ps 110:7).

When God is in something His Light invades the situation. He wraps Himself in Light as with a garment; He stretches out the heavens like a tent (Ps 104:2). He makes the winds His messengers, flames of fire His servants (Psalm 104:4). Seize the day and inhale His Spirit. Drink deep of the Living Water.

He is a good Father and only knows how to give good gifts to His children. We must only be willing to receive of Him. Listen to Him. Bask in his awesome presence and fellowship with Him.
