Maybe I don't know where I'm headed
Or maybe I'm trying to go where led
This pencil won't stop writing
This tango which I'm caught
A careless poet in search for a calling
That keeps me restless in this stirring

May your word dwell richly in me
Molding the witness I long to be
Filled with wisdom and praise
Filled with hymns ablaze

I keep reaching and praying for more
Hoping there's a rainbow in store
For this brown-eyed belle
You never can tell

Well years pass by and by
Being shaped, molded, and refined
Into my calling in life
To shine the light of Christ

This is my calling
This is my reward
To know Him more and more
