Stained glass wings of a butterfly
etched in a grand design

the echo of the steps that fall
across the sands of time

try and catch the butterfly
it will sweep right through your hand

so stand and watch it flit away
amidst the shifting sands

Something's you are not to catch
you must let them pass by

enjoy their fleeting beauty
reminisce with a quiet sigh

Stay your journey, do not sway
magnificent is its end

For the Father of lights has prepared for you
peace forever....Amen.
