Faded words
In a junkyard world
Always seem absurd
In the dark there comes a sound
Of something deeper,
Stark.
I beg to hear,
The angel’s sing
The songs of glory in the cloud’s
Of all the power there is to be
Of all the power there is.
I pray,
I Praise,
I raise my arms,
The questions fly
Beyond my why
Yet here, there are no charms.
This soul rebels
Hallelujah!
Brings forth new life,
From the broken shells
Makes order from the chaos,
Grace consuming bitter strife.
Forever you are
The spirit in me
Forever you are
My cause to breathe
Forever you are
You are
Believe.
I will
Believe you
Echo you
Who you are,
Who you are,
I am.
