Love's Gift

Love's gift's a song, a happy tune
God gives along the way.
It comes when doubts and fears assail,
And brings the light of day.
It's home is the heart; a joyful place,
Where treasures true are hidden.
And it's manifest in God's marvelous grace,
When e'er it is bidden.

Love's gift are tears sincere and true
Shed in tenderness, oh so rare.
From the heart of someone special-
A life with love to share.

Love's gift is Christ, our matchless
Lord
And His blood, so rich and free;
That cleanses and gives life again,
To lowly men...like me!
