THIS RUGGED CROSS
I WILL CARRY THIS RUGGED CROSS
AND EMBRACE IT SAFE AND SOUND
WHEN JESUS RAPTURES HIS SPIRIT
I WILL EXCHANGE IT FOR A CROWN
IT WONT BE DRAGGED IN THE MUD
I WILL CARRY IT HIGH AND PROUD
IT WILL NEVER BE FOR SALE
TO BIDDERS OF SATANS CROWD
I WILL WALK IN ITS WORTHINESS
OF HIS LOVE MY LIFE WILL TELL
I WANT TO HEAR MY JESUS SAY
YOU HAVE CARRIED IT SO WELL

Amen! The cross we carry may not be glorious at times, but as we walk we shall hold our heads up high and never give Satan the glory. Glory be to God!
