My broken journey has found me crying tears of wasted years, so full of fears.

Blessed is the man who perseveres under trials, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the Crown of Life that God has promised to those who love Him.

Meet me in the midst of my trial, Lord. Hide me in the cleft of the Rock. Hide me in You, in Your presence. In the strength which is You. I know that I’ll “understand it better by and by.” But for right now, River of Life, please, wash over me, wash me completely until I’m totally FREE.

No eye has seen, no ear has heard, nor mind conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him.

If I could only see this trial
From the Throne’s point of view.
I’d see how He’ll help me grow,
I know there’s so much room.

I’m desperate for an answer,
Perhaps, I’ve lingered too long.
I just want to make sure,
That what I hear isn’t wrong.

There’s something of a sweet release,
In these tears of mine.
I’ll sit and wait before You,
Until Your Truth I find.

I thank You for being the Way, the Truth and the Life. I thank You that You came to give life and give it more abundantly. Help me keep my joy in the turmoil. I trust in thee, like a child Father God. With my whole heart, I trust in You.
