How Beautiful
How beautiful are your words
That gently come to mind,
For they surely lift the spirit
And often I do find
The joy of assurance
That of each step that I take
You are forever with me
And never will forsake.
To meditate in your peace
Is like floating on a breeze
As I await upon your blessings
And whisper on my knees.
As a child I come to you
Whose love is all power
That I can only wonder
Of your glory at the hour.
