Prayers
Lord, Fill my life with Your Holy Presence, Your Light, Your Truth and Your Everlasting Love. Weed out anything that is not of You. Shine Your light and expose the darkness. Refresh the dry places. Renew the staleness that I’ve allowed to creep in. Yesterday, today and forever, You Are God. I believe in You and I believe You. Your Word, your promises, your covenant of Love is unbreakable. Thank you for all that you are to me. Please hold me close to your heart that I can feel the warmth and be reminded of your unfailing love. I believe in you and my trust is firmly planted in the Rock of Ages. You have proven your faithfulness over and over again in my life. I am humbled by Your awesomeness, beauty, peacefulness and love. How does the world reject the One whom I love so dearly. They just don’t know, don’t see. Help me to show them before it is too late.
Thank you for allowing me to walk beside You daily and learn of You. Help me to not move out of Your shadow, but to stay closely in the protection of You. I worship You, Lord, I worship You. The reason I live is to worship You.

Isn't it amazing how those of us who have Jesus living in our hearts can feel the same passion and love for our Lord, even when we have never talked or met. The Holy Spirit spoke so beautifully through your words. May I make your prayer my own?

Your heart pours out with such reverent words. A sweet perfume of praise wafts upon the air, urging the reader to join in humble adoration. With raised hands, I harmonize with you, in offering worship to the mighty River of Life! \o/
It is so easy to become "stale" when the Lord is just being still and not making Himself real obvious with signs and wonders. And then we tend to get caught up in the things of the world, not necessarily sin, but our own trials and such, so much so that, though our love for Him doesn't waver, we need to be refreshed. There is a spring available to you, a River even. I pray the Lord give you drink unlike any He has before, a special drink, a quenching, overflowing, fulfilling drink. And I know He's Faithful to hear me and do that for you, my dear friend, because He cannot lie. He is true to His Word, the Word which says "Ask of Me and I will give you Living Water and you will never thirst again." I'm so glad you shared your prayer with us because we all need to join you. We all need to worship Him, not for the things He does, but simply for who He is. And perhaps that is why He lets us reach that place of "staleness" at times... so that we reach out to who He is. Love you.
