How many times must I fail?
How many times must you pick me up when I fall?

Yet You lovingly are always there,
asking me, “When will you completely trust Me? When will you have a great Faith in Me?”

And each time I swear, “Never again Lord, I will do it Your way for sure next time.”

So here I am again doing it my way. Speaking out in anger, instead of down on my knees praying for you to silence me, and to have your words speak through me.

I know that every time that I do it your way, miracles happen.
Arguments that start, turn into words of wisdom that teach a great lesson.
Hurt feelings are avoided and turn into hugs.
A gentle word from You, immediately calms the storm.

I have seen these miracle from You in my life so many times, that I know better. I know that I can trust in You. I know my faith belongs to You.

Lord, pride sure is a terrible thing to live with and if it weren’t for the humility that comes from having such an ugly thorn, I would never cease to ask You , “please destroy my pride now and not later.”

Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, considering yourself lest you also be tempted. 2Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.

Psalm 139:23-24 “ Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. ”
