The Works of the Lord are wonderful; His works are quite profound,
He changes the roar of the enemy into a sickly whimpering sound.
His eyes flash like lightening, His lips like a mighty sword,
To slay the one who’s caused much grief, by causing such discord.

The Lord is clothed with majesty; with a purpose to fulfill,
By stretching out His hand to save, and fulfill His Father’s will.
To undo the works of Satan; to break the grip he’s had us in,
To loose us from the chains that bind, and release us from our sin.

Oh praise His mighty works; oh praise His glorious name,
Clothe our Lord in beauty and remove from Him our shame.
Let the world behold His glory, hold Him up for all to see,
The Lord is clothed in strength, He is clothed with majesty.

Through His works will triumph, through His works will stand,
Let’s exalt our King eternal, let’s give our Lord a hand.
He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might,
So just you watch out devil, for it’s Him you will have to fight!

He will answer us from heaven He will save with His right hand,
He will lift us up from where we’ve fallen and cause us now to stand.
Not because of who we are or things that we have done,
But because of who He is and His only begotten Son.

Hebrews 2:14—that through death HE MIGHT DESTROY him who had the power of death, THAT IS, THE DEVIL, (15) and RELEASE those who through fear of death were all their lifetime SUBJECT to BONDAGE. (1 John 3:8—For THIS PURPOSE the Son of God was MANIFESTED, that HE MIGHT DESTROY the WORKS of THE DEVIL.)

2 Peter 3:9—The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is LONGSUFFERING toward US, NOT WILLING that ANY should perish but that ALL should COME to REPENTANCE.

Psalm 106:8--Nevertheless He saved them for HIS NAME'S SAKE, That HE MIGHT MAKE HIS MIGHTY POWER KNOWN.

Isaiah 40:28—Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, THE CREATOR of THE ENDS of THE EARTH, neither faints nor is weary. There is no searching of His understanding. (29) HE GIVES POWER to THE WEAK, and to those WHO HAVE NO MIGHT HE INCREASES STRENGTH. (30) Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall, (31) But those who WAIT on the Lord SHALL RENEW THEIR STRENGTH; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, THEY SHALL RUN and NOT be WEARY, they shall WALK and NOT FAINT.

Hebrews 9:28—To those who EAGERLY WAIT for HIM He will appear A SECOND TIME, apart from sin, FOR SALVATION.

Psalm 93:1—The Lord reigns, He is clothed with majesty; the Lord is clothed, He has girded Himself with strength. Surely the world is established, so that it cannot be moved. Psalm 92: 4—For You, Lord, have made me glad THROUGH YOUR WORK; I will TRIUMPH in THE WORKS of YOUR HANDS.

Exodus 15: 2—The Lord IS MY STRENGTH and SONG, and HE has become MY SALVATION; He is my God, and I will praise Him; My father’s God, and I will EXALT HIM. (3) THE LORD is A MAN of WAR; THE LORD IS HIS NAME. (6) “YOUR RIGHT HAND, O Lord, has BECOME GLORIOUS IN POWER; YOUR RIGHT HAND, O Lord HAS DASHED the ENEMY IN PIECES.

Psalm 24:7—Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And THE KING of GLORY shall COME IN. (8) WHO is THIS KING of GLORY? THE LORD STRONG and MIGHTY, the LORD MIGHTY IN BATTLE. (9) Lift up your heads, O you gates! And lift them up, you everlasting doors! And the King of GLORY shall come in. (10) WHO is this KING of GLORY? The LORD of HOSTS, HE is THE KING of GLORY.
