Mary's gotten preggy.
'Said it was the Lordy.

Who was the Roman soldier,
Who came along and bowled ya?
So, pull the other leg girl.

The whole truth little sista,
Everyone has kissed ya.
Now you got in trouble,
You're talking on the double.
But who 'you think you're foolin?
Whose leg 'you think you pullin?
Hawdy, Hawdy, Hawdy, girl.

Yeah, have another go Joe.
Send her down the road Joe.
You don't have to choose her.
Lose her, lose her, lose her!
Now you're getting flaky.
Your judgement getting shaky, Joe.

Have a bit of fun boy,
Then send her to her Mum boy.
Good fun while it lasted,
But who wants to raise a bastard?
Hody, Hody, Hody, Joe.

Hey, who's this in the Holy?
Turning tables roly-poly?
Whipped the money fellas?
Tossin' out the sellers?
Silencing the yellers?
Tipping up the tellers?
Who is Hawdy, Hawdy now?

Shake in place of sneering;
Dismay instead of jeering.
Whose son? By what authority do?
Not Josephs boy but rather,
The offspring of the Father.
His honour, His glory, His Son
True.
