I found a love, like no other
a kind that gives me so much joy
It brings no hurts to damage my spirit
nor play with me like a toy
This love it brings me hopes and dreams
and it works for me each day
It puts no burdens upon my shoulders
and it's forever, on display
It lifts me up whenever I'm down
It wipes away my tears
Such comfort it gives to let me know
that it can banish all my fears
It wakes me up each morning
after watching over me at night
It prepares a light unto my path
to help me on my flight
This love doesn't make me feel alone
for it's bond, is real and true
It moves any doubts that try to enter
it gives to me what is due
When dark days rise, it comes on by
to give to me abundant peace
And it doesn't stop, for it's never done
til the burdens have been released
It doesn't leave me in pain and misery
but it comes to give me life
And I do thank him for his love
that helps me to live without strife
His love will never close it's door
instead, it picks you up from the ground
And it will remain and that's for sure
This love it showers me with blessings
that I will not have to repay
all he ask of me is to give him my life
God's love, you can count on, every day
