There's a gray day coming down.The wind is sharp and cold.
Can't see the sunshine for the clouds,feels like the winter of my soul.
Forlorn cries of sadness echo off the rain.
May my prayers be answered that God might end my pain.
But I know the sun will shine again just like a welcome friend.
My spirit will embrace the spring and sing of winters end.God was walking with me through my tribulation.
Now shouts of joy resound again with utmost jubilation!
