If you’re looking for a haven or just a place to rest,
Then, “The Throne Room,” is a place you might explore;
Where through the power of prayer hearts have been most blessed,
And faith through grace has opened heavens door.

Let’s gather in the throne room where hearts unite to pray,
Where the light of God just radiates from His throne.
There prayers just like an eagle lifts your cares and sails-away,
No longer leaving you to bear them on your own.

When Mr. Killjoy comes a knocking at the doors of your mind,
He will give it all he has to bring you down,
He’ll bring his dismal views, for that’s how he’s inclined.
And any joy that he can find, he’ll surely drown.

So let’s pack up all those cares and bring them to Gods throne,
Through the righteous gates of praise let’s enter in;
Where words are fitly spoken...you can take them for your own...
And those words so fitly spoken...say we win!

Let’s bring the Word right with us and place it on His throne,
For this purpose God’s own son was manifest.
The works of the devil are to be overthrown,
So we can be the generation of the blessed.

For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
(1 John 3:8)
The generation of the upright will be blessed.
(Ps. 112:2)
